Now as I am a pretty big fan of Oblivion, I went ahead and got The Infernal City by Greg Keyes. The fifth Elder Scrolls game was confirmed at last night's VGAs. As you may have seen, we recently published news of the release of a new Elder Scrolls book called 'The Infernal City' which I'm sure will be of interest t. The Infernal City is the first of two novels that deal with a new threat to the Elder Scrolls universe (home to popular video games Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim) four decades after the conclusion of Oblivion's storyline. The Infernal City: An Elder Scrolls Novel Greg Keyes Del Rey, 2009. The game is, as rumoured, a direct sequel to It's called The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and will be released next November. The Infernal City is dropping this fall. It's not certain whether this upcoming duology will ultimately serve as a prequel to an (as yet unannounced) Elder Scrolls V, but it would be a waste on Bethesda's part not to make it so. The books are written by New York Times best selling author. Long ago it was announced that there would be two Elder Scrolls novels, set around 40 years after Oblivion.
